“Thank you team Lyco for a really excellent service. 1. You gave me great advice over the telephone on the LED tube bulbs needed to replace 2 different lengths of fluorescent tubes 2. They arrived on time very well packaged 3. Not understanding the wiring diagram to change over from fluorescent to LED I contacted the technical help desk who were really patient & helpful in explaining a very basic modification. LED tubes now installed & working Very happy with my first Lyco experience. Thank you all”

“delivery good, though bulbs could have been packed more carefully, individual bulb boxes loose in box, when could have been taped in a smaller box in the larger box.”

“The pair of T8 led tubes I bought came in bits. Clearly the carrier?s fault not Lyco as the package arrived with a suspicious kink in it. Didn?t know that T8?s could go round corners...Anyway Lyco immediately sent out new tubes the same day, and they?re now installed and working exactly as advertised. Sorted.”

“The product listed on the website was not the one held in the warehouse or despatched to me but a far lower spec model. I can accept mistakes do happen but getting somebody to answer the phone, respond to voicemail messages or reply to emails is an uphill struggle. When finally I made contact I will admit the staff were all very pleasant and helpful but the words are totally meaningless unless backed up by the action promised. It took a further two frustrating weeks to get the issue resolved”

“DPD lost my delivery but Lyco replaced it and it arrived on the following Tuesday instead of the Thursday it was promised. The local DPD depot put the wrong labels on my order and I ended up with a set of BMW car mats instead of a Henry vacuum cleaner at the collection point. Totally useless. 5 stars would have been awarded but I bet Lyco will still use DPD so only 4 stars.”
