“1. DPD failed to deliver on the 1st attempt. Said they had left a card to explain. That was untrue. No card! The photo with the text was not of my house. It just showed sky with tops of trees. 2. I tried numerous times to contact yourselves by email but with no success. I phoned continuously but kept getting a pathetic recorded message that "all our staff are busy at present". I kept trying all of the helpline numbers (1, 2, 3 etc) but nobody around to answer, just the same recorded rubbish. 3. It finally arrived yesterday, too late to complete the installation. It's patently obvious your staff were'nt at work. So no more frustrated dealings with Lyco ! Dave Coe”

“The ordering process was straightforward and the product itself is as described. I haven't felt able to give a higher score because of delivery problems. The product didn't arrive on the day notified by DPD. I emailed Lyco Customer Services to let them know that the goods had not been delivered but didn't get any response. Fortunately, the parcel eventually arrived but some interest in the matter from Lyco at the time would have been appreciated.”
