“Super service and a great product, not cheap imports that won't last a week”

“Excellent service. I ordered two uplighters, one was unfortunately damaged on the base on arrival, but customer services sent out a replacement immediately and sent out a return label for returning the damaged one to follow after the replacement. I've since ordered four more uplighters and needed to change my delivery option, which was simple, painless and effective. All the staff have had excellent customer service communication skills and each part of the order and returns and changes to order could not have been handled in a more friendly and efficient manner.”

“Brilliant just needed new bulb for strip lighting, couldn't buy locally so went on line and found it easily, delivered promptly. Cost a bit with postage but hey saved complete new strip light fitting and lots of hard work.”

“Very disappointed with lyco ordered 2 low energy wall lights which came with damaged bulbs and haven't received my GLS led bulbs which I ordered on the 13th September and we are now on the 24th of September I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends and family I won't be using them again.”
