“Brilliant just needed new bulb for strip lighting, couldn't buy locally so went on line and found it easily, delivered promptly. Cost a bit with postage but hey saved complete new strip light fitting and lots of hard work.”

“Very disappointed with lyco ordered 2 low energy wall lights which came with damaged bulbs and haven't received my GLS led bulbs which I ordered on the 13th September and we are now on the 24th of September I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends and family I won't be using them again.”

Your order was dispatched according to the delivery option chosen by you at the time of transaction ie three to five working days. It would then appear to have been misplaced by our carrier however we were not made aware of this until you contacted us by email on the afternoon of 19th September. I note that today, 21st September, a replacement is due to be delivered to you by DPD between the hours of 13:51 and 14:51 therefore approximately within 48 hours of you notifying us of the problem.
