I ordered two light fittings complete with bulbs. They arrived when promised in an enormous lightweight cardboard box which would have held at least six of the fittings and had insufficient packing to stop the two rolling about. The box was not marked FRAGILE or GLASS. On opening the box an ominous tinkling sound could be heard from one of the fittings and on opening the fitting the bulb within was shattered.No great harm so I rang the "Customer Service" number that afternoon. "Customer service" was an answering machine on which I left a message explaining and asking for a replacement bulb. Having received no response after several days I sent an e-mail and then received a reply apologising and promising a replacement fitting. It arrived today, properly packed and marked FRAGILE.It was undamaged.
