“Excellent. We use the bulbs as basking lamps for our tortoise but can now only get screw fittings locally, Lyco had just what we wanted and at a good price, unfortunately the first bulb i installed promptly blew, but the customer services officer was very helpful and we even had a short conversation about tortoises, a replacement is on it's way to us. Very friendly and helpful staff, the tortoise will be hibernating soon but when he wakes up next year we will buy in a stock of lamps so that we will be well prepared for the summer with lots of spare bulbs”
