“I placed my order and later received an email saying it had shipped with Apc for delivery 2 days later and a tracking number.. Shortly after I got another email saying it had shipped with Hermes. The delivery didn't arrive so I gave it another day just in case, but it still didn't arrive. I looked up the tracking that said it was in APC warehouse so I contacted Lyco by email. I got a response later that day showing my address and asking if it was correct as the Apc were apparently struggling to find me. That was as much as Lyco did for me and I finally managed to get APC to deliver it on 2nd April. It should have been delivered on 23rd March. I contacted Apc on three separate occasions and each time they said it would be sent out next day and blamed agency drivers they were using for non delivery, but it didn't arrive on any of those dates. In between I had emailed Lyco to ask them what they were doing to help me get this delivered but they didn't bother to reply, I was on my own. In summary my beef with Lyco is that even though I asked them to assist, they didn't even have the courtesy to reply and left me to try and sort it out. So, Customer service is a waste of time and I won't be using them again.”
