“their Couriers are to blame ,i was out they left no note ,i wouldnt of known if i hadnt looked at my emails,! your firm wanted me to chase up , i refused, wanted my money back but was told they would have to resend to a house which again i wouldnt be in !!!! EVENTUALLY ONE OF YOUR STAFF SAID I WOULD BE REFUNDED, all in all a lot of mither over two £12 bulbs, not good guys in my honest opinion.............”
