“I've been using this company for my lightbulbs and lighting for a few years now and every order has been quickly dispatched and everything as it should be.I did have some issues this time with the website but had the most patient and helpful help from the young man Sam who I both chatted online with and spoke to on the phone so kudos for that. Once that was sorted the order was swiftly sent out and as ever as it should be. Great service.”

“Absolutely excellent service. I bought 3 large LED Strip lights for the garage. Impressed with them, I bought a smaller strip for the utility room. I switched it on, it flickered once and went off. I contacted customer services and with no "quibbles" they sent an immediate replacement......”

“I contacted them by e-mail for guidance and they gave me help promptly. I followed their guidance and placed an order which arrived as scheduled. Not every company has a customer service easily accessible so this was appreciated. I am very pleased with Lyco and would certainly use them again.”

“I am quite shocked, it seems I should never have trusted this company because not only did I pay a lot for P&P for 4 very small items I never received my purchase. It's been a week since I paid immediately via Paypal. Other than the order confirmation I haven't received any other emails either to say there's a delay or my order is on its way, nothing. I'm very upset right now.”

Please accept our sincere apologies. Your order was received by us at 13:59 on 10th March and picked and packed on the same day. After investigating, it appears to have gone astray in transit. We have now arranged for a replacement order to be sent out on our express service to reach you within two days.
