“The items were well packaged and delivered on time. They are as the product says and are working well, but we MAY have to change the dimmer switch, but they are working ok at the moment.”

“A single order of about £150 was scheduled to be delivered on two separated days - which was bad enough - but still rather close together. When the second part of the order failed to arrive on the stated day I was told that it would take a further 3 weeks. No apologies offered. In fact I was told that it was my fault and that I should have spotted that the items were out of stock!”

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. I think perhaps there has been a misunderstanding. This order was shipped in two parts only. The first part being dispatched from our warehouse on Thursday 7th March to arrive on 8th March. At the time of you placing your order the remaining three bulbs were showing clearly as out of stock on our website product page, not being duein to us until 1st April. This is when they arrived in , and duly shipped to reach you on 2nd April. It seems you overlooked this information so I am not sure quite where we have let you down. Kind Regards Patricia

“On purchasing the lights. 5 euro discount to 50, 10 euro to a 100 was mentioned but no opinion was given at the end to apply this discount. I sent an email to customer care but never received a response.”

“Product was exactly as described, and exactly what I wanted. Delivered as and when promised, no parts missing and even had a bulb fitted which I did not expect. Now fitted and in perfect working order. Thanks.”
