“Extremely prompt dispatch & delivery by LYCO & DPD. Product is first class (although a bit too bright for my kitchen). Only drawback is that centre cable entry to unit does not have matching fixing holes for ceiling junction box. I have a concrete ceiling, drilling & using rawlplugs very difficult.”

“On line the product had a delivery time of next December so rang sales to check if this was an error. Salesman said he would check and ring back but didn't. Eventually placed an on line order for an alternative product which was delivered as requested the next day. The online service was 5 stars but customer service via telephone more like 2 stars hence the 3 star score. When the on line service works well Lyco are great - good products at competitive prices.”
