“Good price and quick delivery. However, small light fitting was ludicrously over-packaged. I wouldn't want it to arrive damaged, but the amount of packaging and the size of the Ecobox (!) were excessive.”

“Paid for next day delivery only to receive two of the 12 lights I ordered. When I called they said they had no more in stock! Had to wait another 10 days for the rest of the order. The lady on the phone was less then helpful. Wouldn't purchase from again.”

“The item still hasn't been delivered after a week of being held at DPD local depot. I've spoken to Lyco support advisor who promised to call back but I didn't receive a call. I've now sent an email to customer services to try and resolve this issue. I know this is an issue with the courier but Lyco are still responsible.”

I am very sorry for the delay with your order. It left us on time on a next day delivery service however when you opted to have it diverted to a DPD pick up point, it seems some difficulties were encountered by our carrier. We will of course raise this unacceptable delay with our DPD Account Manager. I am pleased to advise however that your order was delivered yesterday at 14:04 to your chosen Pick Upshop and it ready to collect. “This company gives amazing customer service. I had an issue with my delivery which was the couriers fault and the courier refused to deal with me and insisted on me contact Lyco to resolve matter. No hassles for Lyco they resolve the issue fast and kept me informed. Would definitely recommend this company.”
