“Lyco provided an excellent delivery service and product, which I would have given 5 stars for, had there not been an extra charge because of my postcode which is only a distance of 30 miles from Dumbarton in Glasgow. The plug and go light system (although not placed in the garden as yet) are well made and we are extra pleased that as well as a spike for soft ground, there is also a bracket supplied to screw the lights onto a decking or other structure. I tried the lights indoors and all 6 together provide good illumination. Looking forward to getting them fitted out in the garden.”

“Easy to order, I had a question so contacted them by phone and spoke to a polite and helpful gentleman who rang back as promised with the solution. The product arrived the next day as requested. We are very happy with the tower fan we ordered. A good experience.”

“Lyco responded quickly to help solve a problem with the fitting. Initially a helpful email was received and when the advice given still did not sort out the problem they dispatched a replacement straight away. The Tech Services Manager, Michael Eccles, personally handled the matter. The replacement light is now installed and working as it should. The original item has been returned, as requested, at no charge to me. Great service. The company is highly recommended.”

“Straight forward ordering from the website with good range of giods at reasonable prices. The only down side is they use DPD for delivery. I had to redirect my parcel to my home address, originally it was being delivered to work, which went ok. But that night i received a message saying that they had updated their system so my parcel would be left in "my safe place". As i was wondering what was going on i received another message, saying "as requested my parcel would be redirected to Matalan".......both the last 2 changes i hadn't made. It was too late to phone to see what was happening. Next day i enquired with DPD, the guy i spoke to was quite abrupt. Either i could cancel my parcel or just pick it up from Matalan....... no explanation as to who/why it had been changed. Thankfully i got my parcel. I know that wasn't Lyco's fault but thought I'd have my rant.”
