“Found Lyco on an internet search for ceiling fans/lamps, and the item was just what we were looking for. The website was easy to use, and the gods came quickly. I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the product which surpassed the ones i had previously bought from another well known uk retailer. Definitely recommend if you want quality products.”

“I ORDERED 2 LIGHT BULBS ON 11/7/2018 , FINALLY RECEIVED THEM ON 24/ 7/2018. THE ITEMS WERE SENT FROM YOUR DEPOT WITH THE WRONG AREA CODE ,IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM ME TO YOUR CUSTOMS SERVICE DEPT. TO FINALLY GET MY BULBS DELIVERED TODAY.THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WAS DESTINED TO DARLINGTON AND FINALLY FOUND RENFREW THE CORRECT DESTINATION. MUST DO BETTER.”

“The marketing material for the security light I bought was not fully explanatory in that the 'recording video' could not be stored on a laptop, only a smartphone unless you are prepared to buy another adapting sim card and then climb a ladder to retrieve the security light sim whenever you needed to playback the 'video'. The refund also took too long but to their credit I did eventually receive it.”
