“I bought some outdoor lights & unfortunately when received the actual colour didn?t resemble the computer image. I contacted customer service as to how I could return the items as it wasn?t clear. They responded immediately with a link. DPD were the courier & there?s a ?drop off? point near to where I live, but a car journey, so inconvenient if you don?t drive and are not on a bus route. The drop off point is on a high street with no parking, so difficult if it?s a large item to carry, which mine is. I have to pay £5 to return the items which I?m hoping will be reimbursed? I?ve given this company 2 stars due to the drawn out process & inconvenience factor to return items. Most companies I?ve used, arrange collection for returns.”
