“Was lead to expect an email would be sent on dispatch giving me a tracking number which I never got. However product delivered in good time (when I was in) and very happy with the lamps.”

“ok quick service-and everything as ordered. However...the box and packging was enormous for such a tiny number of bulbs. a terrible waste of resource there.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we have tried many different types and quantities of packaging but found the recycled card filled boxes protect the goods and are environmentally friendly too, we always use the smallest box available for the goods but unfortunately limited storage means we are restricted to 4 sizes of box. “Very good but the 7 year ticket on them is only applicable if you use a qualified electric ion .yet they are so simple to fit .so unless your going to pay qualified sparky rates you only get a 3 year warranty.”

“No problems with order. Product is as described. I did feel thet it was rather over-packed and could have been in a box less than half the size.”

“Quick easy service however there is some confusion over the WEEE charges and where to dispose of uses tubes? We pay a charge on purchase how do you carry out your part of recycling the tubes?<br>”

“All five fluorescent tubes arrived damaged due to flimsy packaging. Phoned Lyco and they arranged for replacements to be sent out the same day, free of charge.”

“good del time, but I have just opened the box and think they are the wrong ones, they are 117 mm not 118 and i specifically DID not want Eco ones as that is the reason I ordered them, I bought an ECO one and the light is not good enough as I am partially sighted. I ~Will tel you later to talk about it. Thanks P J Hawes.”
