“The service was good but as for the camera have not yet used it it will be a while”

“Product I ordered is what I expected and arrived promptly, very minor niggle is that I have an enormous box of shredded corrugated card o dispose of, wondering if a) the guinea pig would apprecciate it as bedding, 2) whether there's room on my compost heap, but at least its biodegradable and polystyrene nuggets, so 10 out of 10 for materials 6/10 for volume”

I am sorry you had a problem with the packaging. We have trialled many different options but this recycled card is the only type that fulfilled all our requirements being secure for the fragile items and cost effective but also extremely environmentally friendly being not only recycled from outer cartons here but then recyclable at the end user too. “A very good firm who generally are efficient and ependable. Our first order a month ago was delivered immediately and was just what we wanted. Our second order unfortunately was lost in the computerised administration. Upon ordering I was directed to checkout. When trying to complete the purchase, a message came up stating that the order had not been accepted and to enter details again. As I did not want to enter bank details etc again I telephoned the company who stated that unless I received an e-mail, no order had gone througfh. An hour later , with no email received, I telephoned the accounts and asked them to double check the order. They said there was no trace and I would have to order again. Upon checking for me they said the item was out of stock. I thanked them and ordered the item elsewhere. The next day they delivered the " lost order." Fortunately when I pointed out their error by e-mail they immediately arranged to collect the item at no cost to me. A very good response.<br>”

“Website ordering went without a hitch and the product arrived the following day, so ten out of ten, (and thank goodness Lyco use a commercial courier. One can only imagine the delay if Royal Mail had the contract...)<br>”
