“Item sent was not what was ordered due to they say it being discontinued. That said we are keeping the replacement. The aftersales service offered was very good. This was to replace or refund if required without cost or fuss.”

“The ability to track the delivery was very helpful. The only quibble, which wasn't Lyco's fault as the bulbs had been presumably packed in 10's by the manufacturer, was that one pack of 10 boxes contained only 8 bulbs. As the bulbs are a fraction of the cost compared to individual ones bought locally, we considered that for the18 bulbs we still had a bargain.”

“I ordered some coloured bulbs which were delivered correctly as ordered and promptly. I have not actually tried them yet so can't comment on their performance. I am less happy about being bombarded with sales E-mails, which I would like to stop.”

“Initially my experience was good, there is a great choice and ordered two led bulbs and two external light fittings. All were stated as in stock and for next day delivery. The bulbs arrived as promised the next day but then I was informed that the light fittings would be another week before delivery. I called, they apologised for the delay and could not tell me why they were on back order but the website said they were in stock. Consequently my planned installation had to be put off for a week while I waited delivery. When the fittings arrived and insatlled one of the LEd bulbs was faulty and called Lyco to complain. They apologised and sent out another bulb which arrived the next day. Every thing is now working perfectly. The light fittings are excellent, the light emitted from the LED bulbs is excellent and low consumption and I am happy with the level of customer service despite the initial stumble. I will be using Lyco again in the near future.”
