“Friendly service but wrong items sent with only 1 out of 3 items in package. Customer service efficient but one of the items no longer available even though still on their website available to order. Alternative product supplied in the end.<br>”

“Order was placed on a Friday at 6.30 Pm so I didn't expect the goods until early the next week. They arrived the next Tuesday and were well packed. The overall experience was a good one, the price I paid these 10 particular flourescent tubes beat B&Q by £70.”
