“Excellent service and excellent product Unfortunately some items when unpacked were damaged Customer Service arranged replacements straight away and they were delivered within days. Returns will to be picked up by carrier.”

“The delivery service was good. Unfortunately one of the 3 fluorescent tubes had broken in transit but the company were very receptive to my request for a refund (rather than a replacement) and the refund was given very quickly.”
