“I ordered an outside light together with an appropriate bulb sold separately, delivery was advised for two days later and a large parcel duly arrived, when opened we discovered that it contained just the bulb. The box was big enough to contain 100 bulbs so rather inappropriate. This prompted a phone call to customer service then FedEx as we thought that a mistake had been made with our order. We were assured that a second parcel was on its way and it duly arrived the following day. Nothing wrong with the product but why was the bulb sent separately? Not very cost effective for you and time consuming for us. A lesson to be learned I think.”

“Items were received in good time, the items received did not agree with description on the website, however turns out the items were an update and more efficient than the items shown on the website. The website needs to be updated to show the correct item identification. The email response from customer support was slow could be improved.”

“In error in purchased a non pir light fitting from Lyco. It arrived quickly and on realsing my error I phoned lyco and purchased the correct light unit. A returns label was sent to me and although I had to pay the return postage I was advised when I had received a refund of initial payment so was quite satisfied with service”
