“I needed light bulbs very quickly for some new lamps. The website was very easy to navigate and I had no difficulty finding the slightly uncommon bulbs and wattage. Ordering was easy and my bulbs arrived the next day. The service was excellent.”

“Long wait for availability then the delivery included damaged goods and was missing items. Staff were helpful and replacement was quick and without quibble. The 'Kit' does not contain instructions so is not suitable for inexperienced DIYers”
