“Item arrived two days after delivery date give. I emailed the company and asked why and not give the reason of coronavirus situation. Received a very curt reply back stating how they control things to look after their staff and contract who they work with. Not even an apology or thank you for emailing them over the late delivery. Would never purchase from Lyco again or recommend anyone else to purchase from them. I star rated them as 1 but in reality I would say -2.”
