“Ordered something and changed mind before them shipping it. Impossible to contact them as there is no free phone number and customer services didn't respond to email in time. When they finally did respond the item had already been shipped. They told me to refuse the delivery, which I did. Unfortunately I still haven't been refunded and I am still awaiting a response from their customer service team regarding when it might arrive. 1 week ago now. And nothing. Not even a response. Aaahhhh”
