“Deliver as expected. Had products previously and delivery was as promised.Paid extra for express delivery (1-2 days) Friday (order within next 2 hours receive it sat 23rd) and told it should arrive between 6-8pm tonight (wed). Not impressed”

“The service was excellent and was surprised how quickly the items were delivered. I placed the order on a Sunday and opted for free standard delivery. I was surprised and delighted that the parcel arrived next day in the afternoon. This demonstrates how well organised Lyco is well organised in coping with the current difficulties.”

“Rang up to check on my order and was told it would be another 6 weeks to.get the stock,was told.to.cancel the order by email and reorder something very similar.Had email.straight back for cancellation and refunded straight away,new order received within 2 days .”
