“They went beyond the levels of good service, they were very accommodating. we ordered a batch of something, one was faulty and they delivered a new one to meet our timetable before we had returned the faulty one. Not everyone would do that”

“I ordered 2 lights, (both at the same time) the first one came through 2 days early which I was pleased about and the second one was due the next week, then it was due the week after that and then it was due the week after that (3 weeks), however, it arrived 2 days before the final due date.”
