Apologies that you have had problems with your fitting. Thank you for letting us know. It appears this seems to be an isolated incident as Michael, one of the Technical team who spoke to you earlier, has checked our stock and found no repeat of this fault. We would of course be happy to replace the item for you should you wish, but as I understand it is now fitted this may be inconvenient. “Excellent except the light came in a rather large box, well packed but gave me a fright thinking what the hell had I ordered. Still it came undamaged. The box I used to pack away a large computer tower.”
