“Order one day and delivered the next. Superb Only comment i would make, maybe the delivery boxes could be more appropriately sized. Seem a bit large for the bulbs i have ordered. Minor issue really”

“Good communication with the company when the items I ordered were not right (my fault not there's)....disappointed that you have to pay postage to return items.....the post office today quoted £14.58 for the return by second class recorded! Lyco offer postage for £5.99 but a lot of companies have free returns so be aware of this.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Lyco only expect customers to pay for what we call "Change Your Mind" returns. When we receive the goods back we then refund the value of these goods plus the orignal delivery charge. Customers can make their own arrangements to return items or we can instruct Fed Ex to collect from any address requested. It does not have to be the original delivery address as it may be more convenient to have an item collected from a work address or perhaps a neighbour's. The customer chooses a convenient date (Mon to Fri) and we take care of the rest. These items arrive back at our warehouse the following working day.
