Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the goods we supply the Royal mail service would not be possible but we have just changed the courier service we offer to better reflect customers needs. “excellent after sales when I phoned to say article not as described in brochure. But why do you not sell plug/socket adapters? Should give free postage with smaller orders than at present”

“Generally very good, only minor problems. One page of the website gave prices with and another without VAT which caused unnecessary confusion. Prices given should always be the price you have to pay.”

“Placed a couple of orders and the online system seems quite good however when I look at the order history it lists the product but shows a quantity of zero. I called the sales line once and the girl was very polite and helpful.”

“So far good. New LEDs are replacing older ones, give a very good light spread and colour temperature but seem to be flickering intermittently. Not sure why as does not happen with previous ones. Need to investigate further before commenting. Collection ( as delivery was missed ) a great idea but the photo IDs are not accepted unless a driving licence or passport. Not all have either or Photocard D.Ls Delivery print out lacked bar code and won't load onto some smartphones. Was very difficult to retrieve my delivery. Otherwise, hopefully OK.”
