“The web site is frustratingly slow, it doesn't seem to cache pages so using the back button forces a full reload of the previous page... and it is one of the slowest sites around... it's bad enough to put me off using the site, as an alternative getting through on the phone has proven difficult. Some of the pictures are just too small to make a decision about purchasing. But once you've placed your order, things generally seem to go smoothly and delivery is generally very quick if the goods are in stock. Never had any problems with quality.”

“This was my first purchase from Lyco. I have only marked it as good because my second purchase a week later was of LED T8 Tubes which were poorly packed. It was lucky they didn't suffer damage in transit. The two different LED 2D replacement lamps I ordered arrived quickly. I got different ones to see which I preferred. Both seem OK though I think the Kosnic one is better. The GE one is OK and uses less power but is not quite as bright. One point I did note is that the instructions with them were rather poor but that is down to the makers not Lyco.”

“We would normally expect free delivery on orders of £60 or more. This order was for £87.50 before VAT and packing and handling charges of £3.99 = £105.21. We are very happy with the products ordered and fast delivery service but the order would have been larger if we had managed to speak to someone on the phone about other products we required.”
