“I liked their website and the prices of their products (or at least the one I bought, which on the date I purchased it had an extra discount). The package arrived in good time (especially considering Xmas was approaching) and was VERY well packaged.”

“I love the website and the range of products (probably too many) and the prices - hate the delivery service, not the timing, but the ridiculous need to sign for delivery - need to get in the 21st century”

“since the website has changed it has become impossible to use. I have wasted 10 or 15 minutes on it now on several occasions before finally going back to the good old phone (where the service is very good). The problem seems to be with usernames and passwords, also it is very difficult to get to your previous order list.”

“Fine, no problems with ordering, products arrived quickly but one of the individual boxes was badly squashed and I hope the bulb inside still functions.”

“Good service prompt action when damaged goods arrived replacements arrived shame one of the replacements was also broken! No fault of the packaging but the bulbs should of been checked before sending out.”
