I had difficulty logging on to your web site to order my goods. I rang your sales and eventually managed to place an order at that same price as on the web. It was a bit of a struggle but your delivery is top dollar.

Very quick to take the payment, lights were returned as not suitable, 1 week on still no refund. Purchase was £350, so not a small amount.The courier, Myhermes, delivered on the 2nd working day after ordering, 6 working days after collection still not returned to you.

I can?t say excellent in all truth because it was simply an internet order that required zero contact with me. But great products as usual

Your customer service people were brilliant , just as well because the rest were awful. I ordered 4 lights and was told they were on the way so i told the customer a date the job would be done only to find only 3 had been sent, after call to C/S i was told the other light was sent on its own this men,t another visit to the job. When the light came it was obvious that it was a return product as there was no instructions/screw envelope and the light was scratched this men,t another phone call and another visit to the client which caused more time and expense for me and so far no hint of compensation. The lights were good which helped with the customer but made your company except the C/S dept terrible

The lamps and batteries were sent promptly however the batteries had only half their charge except for one that was fully charged. I emailed requesting replacements but have not received a response

On line the product had a delivery time of next December so rang sales to check if this was an error. Salesman said he would check and ring back but didn't. Eventually placed an on line order for an alternative product which was delivered as requested the next day. The online service was 5 stars but customer service via telephone more like 2 stars hence the 3 star score. When the on line service works well Lyco are great - good products at competitive prices.

Product and packaging good but delivery needs attention and improvement. Ordered and told next working day delivery with DPD. Next day was a Saturday but DPD did deliver though order was not on it, then it was Easter Monday no problem so stayed in all day Tuesday but no delivery. Was away all day Wednesday and Thursday so told them to deliver on Friday, message came they were delivering Wednesday, I told them no deliver Friday, then a message to say they were delivering Thursday, I told them no but to leave in certain place if so. When I get back Late Thursday I see they have tried to deliver but had not taken any notice of instruction. On Friday I wait in driver said he told them not to deliver Thursday but they put it on anyway but no notice taken of where to leave it. What is the point of a constantly updated parcel location system if no attention is being paid to instructions..... !!!!!!!

The Warehouse picked the wrong items and although the correct items got sent out the following day it did not seem that customer service felt that they needed to apologise for the mistake. I have used Lyco for many years and feel you could have done better. I introduced Boswell Farm Cottages to your service last year which I might not have done after this experience.

It took 3 days for my light to arrive even after paying for Fedex, my electrician can not now fit it until next week, not good.

After confirming the order, despatch information was too slow took 6 days to let me know when to expect delivery. On the deliery date DPD dropped 'not in card' to another property despite me waiting for it all day as they kept changing deliery times. Good thing was when I contated the customer service they were helpful to turn the driver around to re-deliver. Happy with the product fit for purpose.

the actual service was ok but it did take 3 days with an apology but unfortunatly the plug socket joint do not quite match and I will need am electrician to attempt to sort out. So although the numbers etc match on paper they do not in practice so all in all not a success. I am on old lady who does not need the hassle so it was a mistake by time I pay the electrician as well etc. etc..

I was pleased with all the service, except the slow delivery which I felt took too long for a small package. There was also some confusion over the arrival of an invoice when I had paid by paypal

Took over 15 days to arrive - too late to 'install' before xmas. Not a great inconvenience but there were no updates until it was with the courier. Charged £10(?) to deliver to N Ireland otherwise it would have been free, I think. Price defaults to price without VAT - misleading until you notice it (I'd guess most of your customers have to pay VAT?) Installation will be a 'nightmare'. Whoever designed the wiring / instructions has never stood on top of a ladder wiring 11 wires into a terminal block. Your Technical Adviser was good. They couldn't help but at least agreed how impractical installation would be.

The lights were fine, and arrived quickly. I had to order two lots however, because I used the 'contact us' message service on the website to enquire if the newer version of the lights would fit the my old fittings, I never received a response. I still haven't. So eventually I ordered one light to check if it fitted (£3.99 delivery charge), and when to my delight it did fit, I ordered 4 more (another £3.99 delivery).

Lights I ordered were not in stock initially so a bit of a delay. The delivery company HERMES were useless stating they had tried to deliver on 3 separate occaisions before after Katherine at Lyco chased them up and they final delivered.
