Product is fantastic, customer service very helpful. Just a shame that the fixing brackets were missing when electrician came to fix them. Lyco to get them posted today.

in the future if you do not stock a product or run out of stock you should with us to see if we would accept a similar product

I ordered the wrong bulbs and contacted the sales team as directed and was assured of a reply in about three days on how to return them and I asked bulbs with a thinner screw in end.So far no reply - hence rating.

Placed the order based on an overnight delivery offer (cost £5.99).The first delivery promise was for delivery on Thursday this then changed to Friday. No delivery on Friday so I contacted Lycos and a very helpful lady established that there would be no delivery until Saturday. Received a text on Saturday that delivery would be between 12.45 and 13.45, the delivery actually turned up at 17.40. A very poor performance. Lycos should consider changing their carrier. The light was for my daughter who I was meeting on Saturday so the delivery was too late, she lives 120 miles away.

I ordered a number of bulbs. One small £2.49 one was missing. I couldn?t be bothered to phone & report, although it was annoying.

There was a very long delay before the product was delivered, about six weeks, and no proper instructions were included. However, the advice given afterwards was prompt and helpful.

Am only rating three star because parcel arrived two days later than promised,it was only a few ounces weight and arrived by carrier would have come much faster and cheaper by post . Thanking you.

Lyco's service is excellent. But they were let down by the service of FedEx! The parcel finally arrived two days after it was promised, and then the box was damaged although the lamps themselves were undamaged.

I ordered an outside light together with an appropriate bulb sold separately, delivery was advised for two days later and a large parcel duly arrived, when opened we discovered that it contained just the bulb. The box was big enough to contain 100 bulbs so rather inappropriate. This prompted a phone call to customer service then FedEx as we thought that a mistake had been made with our order. We were assured that a second parcel was on its way and it duly arrived the following day. Nothing wrong with the product but why was the bulb sent separately? Not very cost effective for you and time consuming for us. A lesson to be learned I think.

I would have appreciated receiving all three bulbs at the same time. The ceiling lights are perfectly satisfactory however they look rather smaller than expected once installed on a low ceiling.

It took more than a week to get through to their customer service team re returns and one faulty item. They did not respond to several messages. Disappointing as previously good service from this company. Excuse was "We're busy because it's Christmas". One item was unusable - looked like a slightly poorer quality in the product since the last time we purchased same item.

Website easy to use and quick response time on the phone however I was not able to get my questions answered on the phone. One day delay on declared delivery date. Website description not quite reflective of the actual colour (shade is white and not creme) however picture closely reflective to actual colour

The ordering process was straightforward and the product itself is as described. I haven't felt able to give a higher score because of delivery problems. The product didn't arrive on the day notified by DPD. I emailed Lyco Customer Services to let them know that the goods had not been delivered but didn't get any response. Fortunately, the parcel eventually arrived but some interest in the matter from Lyco at the time would have been appreciated.
