The easyfit three way connector will not fit the existing transformer i have that works the lights i wanted it to connect a water feature and the 2 pins won?t fit do you sell a smaller size .

1st part ordered arrived damaged, refund issued but this would not have been necessary if the courier read the FRAGILE markings on the package.

Was disappointed that for such a relatively small parcel that would have gone through our letterbox, we had to be in when DPD delivered, having to change the original delivery date.

Our carriers, DPD, notify customers by text and email of a hour delivery window.   At this point customers have the opportunity to nominate a safe place for the package to be left, choose leave with a neighbour or collect from a DPD pick up shop.  These options were available to you so it is puzzling why you did not avail of them thus negating the need for you to stay in. In addition these options are preferable to pushing fragile light bulbs through a letter box to drop on the floor and perhaps getting stood on inadvertently.  Thank you for taking the time to comment. Ordering was easy,only given 3 stars due to being given three delivery dates as they kept cancelling them,very inconvenient.May be worth you trying a different courier.

Although the bulbs were fine and delivery was quick the van driver literally threw the box on the floor. The box was very bashed as a result and we were fortunate they didn't break.

The lightbulbs are great, unfortunately the delivery service DPD has a lot to answer for. 3 people in and no note through the door and apparently no one was in. Nice picture of my front door sent to me. Fuming, I got it delivered to a local shop to stop this happening again. I suspected that the packaging was damaged and they didn't want to deliver, this has happened before. When I picked it up from the shop lo and behold the package was half open. The guy in the shop told me to check everything was in the box and luckily it was. Not happy with DPD!

The online purchase process was well constructed and delivered as scheduled with no hiccups. Downside is the amount of advertising emails I now receive is over the top.

I found the payment options page confusing and ended up having to contact them to sort it out, However, 5 stars to the member of staff I spoke to on the phone who was very helpful and we sorted it out very efficiently.

Items were incorrectly described on the website (claimed to be T5 replaceable tubes when in fact they were LED and not replaceable). Customer service was great and return/refund was offered immediately however being at the end of a project and not being able to source replacements we went ahead and installed them

delivery good, though bulbs could have been packed more carefully, individual bulb boxes loose in box, when could have been taped in a smaller box in the larger box.

Unimpressed - bought a range of bulbs costing around £5 each. One didn't work in the beginning and one went within 2 weeks.

Delivered on time and in good order. Problem with contacting after purchase but sorted difficulty myself. It may have been different if I hadn't been able to resolved the problem as I got no reply to my request for help.
