Bulbs fit and work, but the colour is quite cool for a warm white, and didn't match the existing bulb which was supposed to be exactly the same (though 3 years old). Therefore will keep these bulbs as spares, but have now ordered some from elsewhere which were a much warmer white (2700K).

Unfortunately, all the items were not delivered the following day even though a next day delivery surcharge had been paid and I had to wait until after the weekend to receive the full order. Understandably, this was a disappointment and inconvenience as I had scheduled the use of the item on the day of anticipated delivery. However, in Lyco's favour, the next day delivery surcharge was refunded.

The ordering and delivery of the product were fine, but the advertised cool white bulbs are actually neutral white. Turns out no one makes the cool white at colour temp 6000 anymore, but it would be ideal if the product description on the website matched that of the bulb sent.

They did not have a certain product that I wanted so I was forced to use a competitor that has an easier to use website. I enquired about setting up a trade account as I am sourcing for work and they flat out refused my request with no explanation. Oh well, there are better alternatives out there.

The items I ordered were good but delivery was terrible...they kept txting me that it was going to arrive every day for 3 days, eventually it arrived 3 days late.

Lyco have, in the past, been a first class company, but now they have raised their "free" delivery from fifty pounds to 70 pounds and the delivery service has gone backwards. Seems like that greed has crept in and accountants are running the show. Shame.

Good product, looks great and terrific lux levels. Easy to put up, but 3 stars as vital bits missing that I had to buy from diy shop. Would definitely buy again, pretty good value

Not the best quality unit in my opinion. No protective cover over bulbs. Not installed due to these points so unable to comment on functionality.

Ordered 2 office strip lights, one arrived damaged and the other faulty, the first replacement was also damaged. Finally got 2 good ones but a bit of hassle getting there. Returns dept very helpful.

The shoes I ordered came quickly and were well packaged but the right shoe was dirty and looked used. I was not happy that I have had to pay return postage for faulty goods.

Fluorescent bulbs were not well enough packed and arrived broken. Customer services dealt well with issue and sent out new lot immediately. thanks. DPD were a nightmare with the delivery. They delivered my parcel half a mile away to an entirely different and unrelated address. Householder rang me so I could colllect from him. The rest of the parcel temporarily disappeared. I asked it to be sent to a parcel collect point but they tried to deliver anyway to my home address. Got it eventually.

Quite expensive for a trade purchaser. Annoyingly, they had 20% off everything only days later - but too late for me. Faster delivery (took nearly a full week) would have helped.

Ordering was easy. Fast delivery. 1st order arrived with 2 broken tubes, contacted customer services & new tubes were sent. Arrived next day unfortunately both tubes were broken. Re ordered & sent another 2 tubes, arrived next day again, this time only 1 tube was broken. Contacted customer services & 1 tube price was refunded. I would say that Lyco was helpful & did all they could, but the delivery company (APC) were reckless. I was in the drive when the last delivery was made & when the driver opened the van door 3 parcels fell out, my parcel was laying flat with other parcels on top, hence the ease of being broken.

Website & products good, DPD delivery ok but Fed Ex we?re better. I under ordered the quantity on the website (my fault) but emailed within 5 minutes for ?Customer Services? to increase the order and recharge the card. I had a email from the Customer services Manager after Three working days to say they hadn?t read the email & it was now too late. 1) why does it take 3 days to read a email ? 2) No resolution offered, ie order the extra items. 3) clearly selling items is too much trouble & offer no help to the Customer. 4) Why pay the salary for professional excuse makers ?

I ordered 7 bulbs but 1 was completely broken when it arrived. I was surprised because I would have thought that the packaging would have been spot on for mailing light bulbs. It was a disappointment.
