“There is clear way to return something. Most e retailers will have some kind of return slip with instructions enclosed with the products sold online. I?m sitting with a box of lights for 2 weeks now waiting for an email from customer service that has yet to arrive with instructions. I should?ve just gone to ScrewFix and bought their stuff. Lesson learned!”

“used the chat line,answered all my questions.Easy to order and fitting looks good and easy to fit.The delivery was not so good Hermes text me on morning of delivery but i was out ,they left it behind a refuge bin,put a card through the door stating where left .checked online and showed it was signed for,no one at home.If it had been taken it would be really hard to sort out”
