I am sorry there was no one available when you phoned earlier this afternoon. However since you called us I understand one of our Technical Team has been in email contact with you to explain your existing driver is not compatible with these bulbs. This is not a "safety issue with electricity". You have purchased the wrong bulbs for your system. We will forward the necessary details for you to return these bulbs and are happy to assist you with choosing alternatives which suit your requirements. A quick call into our Technical Team prior to purchase would have ensured we could have advised you at that point and prevented the inconvenience of you purchasing the wrong products.
