“Great service. However, I expected the shade to be made of glass not plastic. In this respect, I may not have read the description carefully enough. A choice of lightbulbs would have been useful too.”

“Very poor. After a MONTH I still await the correct items. I ordered two warm white reflector lamps but received one warm white and one cold 6000k lamp. Following an email I was sent a replacement BUT Lyco again sent the wrong lamp. I have had no reply to recent e-mails and no return telephone calls. This is VERY BAD.”

Sincere apologies David. There was a mix-up in our warehouse over these two very similar products. Unfortunately when we got to the route of the issue we then overlooked sending out the correct lamp to you. I am so sorry. The correct lamp has been dispatched now and you should receive it within a couple of days. Periodically we make mistakes but are usually much quicker at resolving than we were in this case.
