“Speedy delivery. Unfortunately the new replacement fluorescent tubes won?t work in my old batons ! They only glow at both ends . They are the correct size and rating 65/80 . If I take an old tube out which is working and replace it with any of the new ones the new ones still only glow . I did leave this comment with you but had no reply.”

“The worst service ever. After 4 phone calls and 3 E mails, I have still not received the promised delivery. Hermes the carrier has failed to deliver on 5 days and I have now cancelled the order. An absolute farce! I just hope LYCO show a little more efficiency in refunding my money. NEVER AGAIN!”
