“Ordered on line on a Tuesday and told delivery would be on Friday, delivery arrived on the Thursday when I was out so missed it. Phoned FedEx and they redelivered on Friday morning.”

“Good services, but think packaging needs to be better(or change your courier). 2nd purchase in a row where some of the 28W 4Pin DD low Energy bulbs have been broken in transit.”

“I found the website easy to use and navigate, with decent amount of information about the products. I am not a fan of the relatively narrow windows for the general product and specification etc information, which requires you to click to 'read more'. That minor quibble aside, a good buying experience and prompt delivery as promised.”

“I ordered two items from the website. The item, which was listed under bathroom lighting, being an LED, was not such, at all. When it arrived, it was an outside light, with a deep recess! Returning was easy and quick. Well done! The website needs to be more accurate”

“Prompt delivery. Some fittings are just too flimsy (to keep costs down?) others are much better. LED fittings; I don't believe they give the correct frequency of light let alone enough brightness to be used for anything but emergency lighting or other safety aspects.”

“A good service with prompt delivery. Let down by two problems. I ordered a 5ft LED tube which came in a cardboard sleeve but rattled about in a larger box. It was broken. Lyco replaced it quickly when I telephoned but hadn't responded to an e-mail. The replacement was insecurely packed the same way but arrived intact. The other problem was that they had sent a 5% discount voucher but their system would not accept it”
