“Fast, efficient service, good product range. Not so happy when delivery driver dropped parcel from van to concrete, however due to well padded packaging all ok”

“The LED?s arrived and they are the correct size were brighter than expected and the correct colour temperature. All is good. However the courier ?Hermes? had then in the local van for three days before delivering to my door. That was not a big problem for me but I could imagine it would be a problem for some business.”

“Follow up orders can take ages and it causes problems with free postage and packing when items are dispatched later due to them not being in stock at the time of ordering”
