“When a company, such as Lyco, advertises its goods and services, as it does, I expect the company to deliver what I have ordered in the specified time-scale. Lyco has consistently done this; If it had not, I would have told them so. Asking me to tell them how good they are at doing their job is, I think, pure self-indulgence. I feel great irritation at the plethora of different companies indulging in this type of "tell us how good we are" . Tell them at Lyco to just do their job and do it to the best of their ability. If they are good at it, I will come back to them. if they are not, I will tell them so, If they don't improve, I will go elsewhere. I refuse to play this inane game, thank you very much. “All good apart from no 'Fragile' sign on parcel box or tape. One of nine wall lights was damaged so I had the extra hassle of getting a replacement (which did have 'Fragile' on the parcel box).”

“The website was excellent as I had been looking at several sites and had not been able to identify exactly what I required until I found Lyco.. Unfortunately one of the (two) lighting fixtures was faulty but a phone call to Lyco was very capably dealt with by a friendly customer service employee and a replacement sent to arrive next day....which is now in place a working successfully.”
