“Service was excellent, delivered quite quickly. However, this is not a 'direct' replacement for the fitting I have, quite extensive modifications were needed, the complete removal of all ballast and changes to connection. But the end product is very satisfactory, good strong white light which is exactly what I wanted to achieve”

“Good choice of bulbs, perfect delivery via DPD Rather hyper-communicative with the number of emails after placing the order - it's only a few bulbs, guys! Excessive packaging too - my modest order came in 2 boxes, one twice as big as the other. But I could repackage everything into the smaller box. Would have avoided a lot of unnecessary inflated plastic padding.”

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. I am very pleased you are happy with your purchases. As with many on-line retailers we send an order confirmation on completion of the transaction, a dispatch email and anemail advising a delivery time slot. Experience has taught us that our busy customers like to be kept informed to ensure they do not experience the frustration of missing delivery and can make alternative arrangements if necessary. We have a very extensive range of products resulting in particular items being dispatched from separate warehouses, as in your case, hence the two boxes. We endeavour to ensure our customers receive their products in the first class condition expected hence they are packed securely for transit. Disappointment to customers is therefore avoided and also the need to send out replacements which would involve more packaging and another journey. We are very much aware of our responsibility towards the environment and all packaging including the padding is recyclable. With recycling facilities readily accessible to the majority of the population we are confident this can be disposed of responsibly.
