“Website & products good, DPD delivery ok but Fed Ex we?re better. I under ordered the quantity on the website (my fault) but emailed within 5 minutes for ?Customer Services? to increase the order and recharge the card. I had a email from the Customer services Manager after Three working days to say they hadn?t read the email & it was now too late. 1) why does it take 3 days to read a email ? 2) No resolution offered, ie order the extra items. 3) clearly selling items is too much trouble & offer no help to the Customer. 4) Why pay the salary for professional excuse makers ?”

“first of all the delivery driver was an absolute gent . he could not have been nicer. when I got the parcel exactly on time by the way. then when I went to open the box it could not have been better wrapped .the packaging was brilliant. no way my light could have been broken it was so securely wrapped. thank you . mrs Elizabeth woods”
