The payment screen did not appear to accept my payment. So I called customer service. Helpful staff but unaware that the three calls cost nearly £3-00. Products delivered on time and are as ordered. .

Product was excellent Delivery was poor sent a time slot and day and never arrived Email sent to me the same day saying tried to delivery and no one in and card left No card and in all day Next day arrived after 3 phone calls told the driver was 30 minutes away 4 hours later he arrived

Slightly disappointed with the light output , would recommend the 50 watt LED Outside light over the 30 watt one

Item ordered was not in stock - I questioned arrival date and it was confirmed as before Christmas - actual arrival date was early in the New Year

Bulkhead bulbs are too large for the bulkhead. Can't close glass shade with the bulb in. So purchased smaller bulbs at local shop.

I bought the "5W Very Warm White Dimmable LED Decorative Filament Smoke Grey 95mm Globe Bulb - Screw Cap" and lots of other items from Lyco. It arrived with lots of scratches on the surfaces of the decorative bulb. They kindly sent a replacement with no fuss. The replacement bulb also had scratches on the surface, but was just about acceptable and not worth the bother of changing again. Then I received a box containing the entire order again. I emailed them and they kindly arranged collection. All this took up some of my time but they were helpful about it, albeit disorganised / sending substandard products.

only sent half the order in the beginning . had no communication to say when the remaining bulbs would be sent. had to ask what was happening.

The marketing material for the security light I bought was not fully explanatory in that the 'recording video' could not be stored on a laptop, only a smartphone unless you are prepared to buy another adapting sim card and then climb a ladder to retrieve the security light sim whenever you needed to playback the 'video'. The refund also took too long but to their credit I did eventually receive it.
