“Very efficient service. I was able to find what I wanted immediately. Only drawback, I though the delivery charge was excessive for the size and weight of the light bulb, and surely it could have been packed in a smaller box! It made the cost of the item double what I originally thought it was going to be.”

“Ordered online as Lyco is cheapest for the products we require. Received the order the next day, however we spent over £100 so would have expected them to waive the handling & packing fee of £3.99.”

“Lyco always have what I need at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that postage & packaging costs are high. On this order the postage & packing cost was higher the the cost of the bulbs.”

“Dextra 5ft Twin 58W High Frequency Fluorescent Fitting was delivered but it is described as 6ft on part (not all) of the website. Product is good, fits my requirements and are easy to fit. Have only used web-site.”

Due to the Government legislation on incandescent lamps the soft tone lamps are now becoming rare but we have managed to source a low energy alternative that will hopefully fill that gap going forward. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

On looking into your query I note that your consignment left our warehouse on the 8th September and arrived on the 10th Sep so therefore within our quoted timeline so I am not sure why you believe it arrived late by two days.
