“with this particular order things were seriously wrong.after three deliveries,and many phone calls the problems were sorted out.whilst the customer services were helpful,there seems to be problems with the dispatch department.”

“Product I ordered is what I expected and arrived promptly, very minor niggle is that I have an enormous box of shredded corrugated card o dispose of, wondering if a) the guinea pig would apprecciate it as bedding, 2) whether there's room on my compost heap, but at least its biodegradable and polystyrene nuggets, so 10 out of 10 for materials 6/10 for volume”
