“Good products, good pricing, getting better at describing products (for example, most of us find it hard , in terms we can relate to, to understand the actual light output of new LED / energy-saving bulbs as against old incandescant bulbs). Still not perfect - but the improvements in this area are appreciated. Really great service if things go wrong - as happens in even the best-run companies - that's the big plus with Lyco. Quick, responsive, helpful.”
