“The packaging is far too big for the item. I paid £5.99 for very small items plus a lot of packaging. To return one item I paid another £5.00. So I lost about £10 already even if I get full refund on the return product. It would have been much cheaper if products wrapped with layers of bubble bag instead of piles of shredded cartons that adds to the weight and volume.”

“Very impressed by sales team. I was not 100% sure whether the Lyco T4 tubes would be compatible with my Eterna fittings. Georgie went to the warehouse and checked the length of the tubes and fed this info back to me. I submitted the order online and the product arrived the next day, securely packaged. Tubes are now fitted and working. Thanks again for excellent service. :-)”
