“Had some problems with delivery, which were down to the courier. Lyco didn't respond to my email, which was a bit annoying, but once I phoned they were very helpful, replacing damaged goods very speedily.”

“Unfortunately an error resulted in the order being posted to invoice and not to the warehouse for dispatch. However after waiting seven days and contacting Lyco the order was sent next day delivery and was just what I wanted.”

“Good service, except for the inability to separate contact and payment details - i.e. even though you specify a contact name that is different to payment, the package and all subsequent communication is still sent to the payment name”
