“Order despatched & arrived promptly. Unfortunately 1 bulb was broken & another didn't work when I put it in the light fitting. However as soon as I contacted Customer Service they arranged a refund”

I am sorry your lamps are not as you would wish, we do offer a 14 day returns policy so all unused items can be exchanged or credited.
