“easy to order and very quick delivery however when i ordered my items, unfortunatly i put my old postcode in for delivery therefore the delivery address was incorrect but i called customer service and they said they would inform the driver of them correct address. The item was delivered the following day,according to the internet, so i called customer service and they said i wasnt home to left it at no. 8. i constantly knocked at the door with no answer so put a note through the door. A couple of days later a neighbour said there was a parcel at the post office for me. I went to collect it only to be informed that the driver had infact left it at my old address not no. 8 so he had lied to customer service and then to me, so dissappointed about this but overall service very good.”

“All works fine apart from insufficient description of products on the website. Bought a picture light and nowhere did it say it is battery powered! It's ok actually but I would like to have known first. This applies to many other products as well. Need more things like detailed dimensions - eve on light bulbs.”

“I found the web site easy to use and found the product I wanted quickly. Having placed my order and paid on line my order was delivered quickly and I thought the packagaing used was excellent to ensure my item arrived undamaged. I have placed the company in my favourites and I will definitely use them again.”
